"They delivered a cord of kiln dried wood, but half of it was completely waterlogged. Contacted prior to stacking and to my surprise I was told to keep the wood and they would refund half the price. 6 months on being lead on a wild goose chase (being promised the refund and giving them several outs) only for the owner to finally tell me no refund unless I give back the wood that I had already stacked 6 months ago. They will never see my business again, and I tell people all the time not to buy from them."
