"Not what was advertised or paid for. I was told it be a nice big clean uniform cord of all white oak. When I sorted through it, it was a mix of various hardwoods all seasoned to different ages. Some rotting some green, and very dirty. Possibly it was shy in size too but that’s a hard thing to deliver on so that’s besides the point. I paid at least 200 more than the going rate for seasoned hardwood bc it was supposed to be premium top “Quality” white oak."
"you can tell from the first phone call you can see from his wood-yard operations you nervously test how it burns you remember wood deliveries past of wood that sizzled sap for hours before igniting of marshmallow pieces up in smoke and the chastising by your chimney sweep this however is Quality Firewood there is no sizzling of green wood sap it is a clean and long-lasting burn chimney sweeps be proud"
"Called and asked if I could purchase a custom cut log. And they were super friendly and helpful! They had me come down and let me pick and choose the type of wood and length. They made the process incredibly smooth and helped me get it into my car as well as offer to delivery it for me. Super awesome guys."
