"We placed an order with United Wood Products in April 2024, expecting the materials in time to complete our projects for the season, which begins in late September. Unfortunately, the company failed to deliver as promised. Not only did the delay force us to cancel some projects, but it wasn’t until early October that we received only two-thirds of our order. We immediately requested a refund for the remaining one-third, but here we are in January 2025, still waiting. United Wood Products has dodged our calls, provided endless excuses, and now outright refuses to communicate with us. This lack of professionalism mirrors the same runaround we got while trying to get our order fulfilled. Their unwillingness to resolve this issue is unacceptable, and this review is our final attempt to seek a resolution before we involve our attorney. Save yourself the headache—look elsewhere for reliable service."
