They don't offer loading help, which is a bummer, unless you have a pick up or trailer, which is limited to them picking the rack up so you can just pull the wood out rather than transfer by hand. Took me about 20 min to do so. I'll be back. Quick edit to say I wasn't expecting help; I needed the exercise."
