"I needed a last minute delivery of firewood and Jeremy and Dusk were very friendly and accommodating! They were even nice enough to send me photos of the exact pallet I was getting delivered. The pieces were already cut and pre seasoned per my request so no need for extra work on my end. Incredibly Happy With my Purchase!!!"

"I ordered a half-cord of the hardwood mix because we were running low. The delivered a pallet of wood and all looked good. As I began stacking the wood, I noticed that almost all of the wood was really short. There were some 16" pieces on top, but most of the wood was less than 10", a lot of it around 6 or 7". See the photos. I called and complained, considering their website clearly states "all firewood cut to 16 to 19 inches." After getting some excuses about how it was just an accident, and not really their fault, they arranged to come and pick up the wood. The workers were really nice, but then Jeremy called and accused me of stealing some of his wood! Nightmare from start to finish. They did leave me some pressed oak bricks for my trouble. So, that's something!"
