"I had pick up here. Great company. Very fast loading. Dry van pick up 72 building (You will see a sign at the entrance.)"
"Dry van did stop at entrance but was sent to building72 just get in line with the other drivers go ahead and open trailer doors move tandem to the back and once in a dock door get off truck and go to the window check in they might tell you to wait inside . If you try to check in and not in a dock door they going to dismiss you and tell you to wait til you in a door then check in. Fast at loading you up those hispanic forklift drivers dont play around loaded less than 30 mimutes"
"Our experience with this warehouse was very disappointing. The staff demonstrated a complete lack of understanding and compassion. We drove more than 200 miles to make our appointment, but due to heavy rain and traffic delays, we arrived about ten minutes late. We had called ahead to explain the situation, yet the person who answered simply responded, “It’s not raining here,” with no willingness to accommodate or even acknowledge our effort. This level of indifference and rigidity is both unprofessional and discouraging. In logistics, unexpected delays can happen, and a little empathy goes a long way. Unfortunately, this warehouse showed none. We hope management can reflect on how they treat drivers and customers in the future."
"You should always stop at the entrance to check because I was following the signs and arrived at building 72 for the Dry van, but I had to go back to the main building and check in and from there they sent me to building 66... Very friendly people and the guys who load in building 66 are a lightning bolt loading 💪🚛👏"
