"I gave a 1 because 0 was not an option! I called to see what kind Of wood, they carried the guy first question he asked me was was I Company or was I individual when I told him I was a individual he said I cannot help you and hung up on me! Nevertheless, to say, I may be just an individual but I do own my own woodworking company so he just lost my business!!!"
