"Ryan went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% happy! We called to inquire about 3 cords of wood and he had it delivered right where we wanted it within just a few hours of our inquiry. We were having issues with the wood not burning properly so he came BACK out to our property and walked us through the possible reasons why and now the pine is burning absolutely beautifully! Ryan may come across a little gruff, but under that rugged lumberjack exterior, he’s really a super nice guy who will go above and beyond to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase. He is extremely knowledgeable with firewood and knows even more about the different variables that come alongside each type of firewood that his company sells and delivers (extremely fast if need be, which is a life saver for some families)... We have lived in Central Oregon for nearly two decades, on 15+ acres of land, in a very rural, natural and beautiful setting.
