"It’s only my first time using them, but pretty damn satisfied with this experience. Craig was a gentleman and responded right away. Very accommodating with delivery and the price was very reasonable for what I received. Definitely got a little more than what I paid for and the product is better quality than most other services I’ve used in Suffolk county. The cord was mostly usable with minimal junk wood. Almost every piece I tested was between 10-12% which is pretty impressive. Some of the larger pieces were slightly higher but overall the wood is definitely well seasoned and very clean. Look forward to my next delivery."
