"Grabbed two bags at the grocery store. This wood just does not burn. Its moisture content must be off the charts. We’ve grabbed all sorts of wood over the years from other businesses, and this is the first time I’ve ever had issues getting wood to stay lit. Even threw a log of it onto an already lit fire, and we watched the fire literally go around the wood for over an hour without it actually lighting. It’s amazing how bad this stuff is. What a waste of money that was."
"I got 2 cords from this place beginning of December. Wood is filthy and it’s not all seasoned firewood like I paid for . 75% or more of the wood is green wood that’s covered in mud to make it look seasoned. Moisture meter testing a piece of freshly split wood that’s been stacked and covered for 2 months. Still showing over 50-60%. Absolute scam. They even dropped off 12 bags of kiln dried firewood to “help me get the fire hot enough to burn the other wood” their exact words to me. Ridiculous."
"Not sure how the better business bureau isn’t involved in this yet. I grabbed a case of this wood from the gas station up the block from my house last year. You know, the kind for family and friends on Christmas. It was so bad I actually returned it because it DIDNT BURN. I gave them a second chance tonight. Well fool me once shame on you. Their customer service was phenomenal, despite a slight delay in delivery they kept me informed and updated. I ordered two cords of seasoned wood and received exactly what I expected if not more.
