"The customer service is great. They responded quickly to my question via text. I’d maybe order from here again for outdoor use. The wood came in all kinds of different sizes. Some pieces were like rulers and others pretty much uncut logs. The wood smelled like a farm (mulch, compost, manure type smell). It was hard to burn, almost all the pieces hissed, smoked and made bubbles."
"Owner does not care. Just looking for money. War going on. Oil through the roof. Trying to keep my family warm the last month of cold weather. Website wood looks great. Definitely not what you get. Dirty, wet soaked wood. So hard to keep the fire going. I reached out to the owner. He said “it is what it is”. I got what I paid for because of the time I bought it. I went through 4 cords. Coldest winter on record. The glass on my fireplace is black. Wood is hissing. I have to keep the door partially open. I had to buy fatwood just to even try and have a fire. So add on that cost. Not worth it. Never again. Do not advertise a product that you cannot deliver. You are selling firewood. The firewood doesn’t burn. What more is there to say."
"Although the wood was dried properly the pieces were not all uniform. Some were typical size pieces and some of it was like the bark of the tree or small pieces unusually reserved for kindling so over all , not real happy with the purchase. The piece on top is like the bark the one on the right is a skinny piece this is one of the bag . After speaking to company they explained the sizes and the oven and are going to send over a bit more wood. I would say just be aware that kiln dried wood has to fit in the ovens so they are not as big as regular firewood sizes as I was told. So I gave them 4 stars."

The wood arrived within 72 hours of my order, the delivery guys were able to drop it off neatly and all the way up my driveway, the bags of wood were easy to neatly stack. The wood is the perfect size and perfectly seasoned. It burns clean and hot, just what we needed for these chilly nights. Great communication, I did have a “after purchase” question in which they responded quickly via texting. "Ordered 1\2 cord of seasoned firewood and it was delivered on the selected date at a competitive price point. Some larger pieces included that will need to be split to fit my stove. Some of the pieces (minimal amount) are a bit dirtier than I would have liked but overall this was a great transaction. Will order again."
