"*Excellent service and quality firewood!* LI Firewood made the whole process so easy—from ordering to delivery. The wood arrived within 72 hours of my order, the delivery guys were able to drop it off neatly and all the way up my driveway, the bags of wood were easy to neatly stack. The wood is the perfect size and perfectly seasoned. It burns clean and hot, just what we needed for these chilly nights. Great communication, I did have a “after purchase” question in which they responded quickly via texting. "UPDATE: I am updating my review to 5-stars based on the response I received from LI firewood to my original review (below). They reached out to me to discuss the situation and agreed to pick up the large logs that we couldn't use and leave us with a few bags of kindling to make us whole. They did that the same day and I couldn't be happier with the response I received and the overall outcome. Initial: I ordered a cord of seasoned firewood. The positive is that the wood is very clean and seems well seasoned and dense. The one negative is with the size of the pieces. I received a lot of very large pieces (pictured) that will not fit in our wood burning stove. Some will fit in our regular fireplace, but not all. So I'm not sure what I'm going to do with some of these that a the size of small stumps. There are also a lot of very small pieces (e g. 6-8 inches) that will burn fine but make it very hard to stack in a regular rack. So I would say if you were fine with this then the wood is really good. But if you have a wood burning stove or small firebox, you should probably call before ordering to see if they can guarantee a uniform size, maybe their kiln dried option. I'll call in Monday to see if they will make it right by coming pick these stumps up in exchange for a couple bags of kindling."
