"I love these guys. Always courteous, always professional, always on time. My one gripe is the delivery schedule. In the grand scheme of things, it's not that big of a deal, I just wish they delivered to my area more often. I'm not always around to receive the wood, but I leave them detailed instructions and I've never had a problem. The wood is great, the price is good, and the convenience and service are fantastic."
"was recommended to buy firewood from the woodman, got our first cord several weeks ago, besides for a delivery date mix up, the delivery guys were super nice stacked the cord neatly and nicely on our rack. the wood burns super. we burn 5 days a week and have no issues with this wood, super dry, and burns great. give them a try, you wont be disappointed."
"Dear Ted: On Monday, January 18 This was the most professional, courteous delivery of firewood I have received in New York City. I was called out suddenly and the Woodman arrived before I got home. With the guidance of the building superintendent, the wood was delivered to the terrace (a complicated delivery) and unloaded, easily and quickly. "Even though they open at noon they sent someone over at 9 am to sell me a SINGLE mixed bundle. Abraham was Very helpful and the wood quality was top notch, half were the same type of wood and cleanly quartered. Single bundles and smaller orders have to be picked up at the warehouse."
