"These guys are the real deal. They delivered faster than they anticipated. Wood is beautiful, the delivery guys were meticulous. "I feel so blessed to have found Hardwood Brothers. I was sick and tired of paying for wood that was supposed to be seasoned but obviously wasn't and would not burn. This is the best firewood ever! You pay a little more because of the expense to kiln dry it, but it is so worth it. The wood is a beautiful mix of hardwoods that are cut to sizes that all work in my wood burning stove. And, on both deliveries this season, their guys couldn't have been nicer. They were a pleasure to deal with. I can't give enough praise for this company and would give them 10 stars if I could. And because there is no sparking, Lu Lu loves it too!"

"Been ordering from them for about 4 years. EXCELLENT FIREWOOD, 2ND TO NONE. But need to do better answering the phones, returning phone calls, and giving better notice on when they are delivering. I just ordered a 2nd batch of firewood this season and Ive been calling them for 2 days and no answer I left 2 messages and no one responded. As for delivery notice...usually they give me day of delivery texts. I understand they have a lot of deliveries however this is one area i would like to see some better notice. Im not always home so it would be nice to maybe get a day before delivery notice so i can prepare if im not going to be home."
