"Great experience across the board. Went with a cord of kiln-dried wood and received well over that amount based on past experiences. Everything was bone-dry and a few different varieties, including oak, maple, and birch from what I can tell. A good amount of kindling was included, but offset by the generous quantity delivered. Pam was great throughout the process and the price was very reasonable, especially considering they delivered and dropped it exactly where I wanted it for free locally. Highly recommended."
"I would not recommend this company to any hard working family for their heating wood. The quality of the wood does NOT justify price of the wood & customer service is frustrating: Wood ~Smallest 2 cords I've ever received @ $365 per cord plus $100 delivery fee ~The most amount of kindling I've ever received ~Chunk wood included (which was explained conveniently after the fact that they service mostly restaurants) Customer Service ~Person who answers phones only makes phone calls at night, very hard to get a hold of ~She changed the quote 6PM the night before delivery (Increased by $15 per cord), which when you live in the middle of the woods its hard to make sure you have exact cash amount on hand as required) ~I ordered 3 cords, they only brought 2 cords ~I voiced my concerns about product delivered, she said she would see what she could do, and then never bothered to call me back Bottom Line Terrible deal and awful customer service. I work way to hard for my money to just get ripped off and company doesn't even care. If your going to pay top dollar for wood do not go through this company!!"
"Great service, easily accessible off of I89. Girth of firewood varies which I find appealing due to the fact that I can quickly start a fire with the kindling as well as split the larger chunks into the average size combustible. #myhouseishot #kilndryed"
