"Buyer beware. I bought "seasoned" wood that's mostly wet, even over a month after sitting in my garage. The owner admitted he leaves the wood outside and uncovered, so it's getting wet with every rainfall and snowfall. The exterior surface may test in the teens with a moisture meter, but the interior is often >30%. I have video of interior moisture bubbling out of wood that looked and felt dry. Will never buy from this seller again."
