"Great interactive website for placing the order and communication for order confirmation, fulfillment. Thank you for helping us obtain an alternative to seasoned wood cord, following our late move-in to the Great Northwoods! "I wish I could be rating them on their service. However, I can't seem to find anyone to speak to, let alone set up a delivery! I placed an online order last Thursday. I realize that being so close to the weekend and all of the snow probably jammed them up. I am not looking for my order to be delivered today or even this week. I just want someone with a pulse to respond to one of my messages, so that I can shake the feeling that I have been cheated out of my money. The only communication I have had with them thus far is an auto generated receipt for the $409 with a promised follow up email with further instructions (which never came).I have sent a few emails, called and left messages, and texted multiple times. Unless there is only one person running the entire show, I find it hard to believe that someone in that company can not shake loose a couple minutes to return at least one form of communication. Right now, this feels like I have been taken for $400. I find it hard to believe that a 5 star Google reviewed company could act like this. But here I am. *************** UPDATE***************** Since posting this review, there has been some developments. I personally received a phone call from the owner Robert. He was extremely apologetic and unfortunately for me, I placed my order at the worst possible time. 2 days before the biggest snow storm in years and his main delivery vehicle was out of commission. Needless to say, things must have been hectic and my order slipped through the cracks. Robert made every effort to get my order delivered immediately and for my inconvenience, he refunded my delivery charge. I really appreciate his efforts to not only fix the situation but continuously follow up and make sure everything was ok. I will use North Atlantic fuels again! Thank you Robert!"
"With a giant storm heading our way, I decided to buy some firewood. Getting a delivery was out of the question as there wasn't enough time, so I set out with my old Ford Ranger to get a pallet of wood. NAF has face cord, or a rick, sleeved in mesh palletized. These things are awesome! They slipped the pallet into my old truck and I took it home. It's kiln dried and clean as a whistle. Thanks guys, I will be back!"
"The entire process only took about 2 weeks during the busy season. I placed my order easily online. I received a phone call a few days before the delivery from a very nice gentleman who informed me when and what time it would be delivered. He also asked for any specifics for the delivery itself. The delivery person placed the pallet of fire bricks right in front of my garage as requested using a forklift. They even parked on the side of the road and not my driveway with the large truck. I would not have minded at all if they needed to use my driveway, but it was a nice gesture that they did not. I’ll be using this company again next season."
"This is our second year ordering pellets from North Atlantic Fuel in Epping and am so happy we found them. Super easy process to order by phone and the pellets are delivered exactly where we want them and tightly wrapped so we don’t have to rush to get them inside. And the pellets burn perfectly. Highly recommend."
