"Spoke with Jason two times over the last six months to inquire about wood availability and price. He told me to text him my contact information and he would deliver wood the following week. Unfortunately, he never responded to any of our text messages. The last time I followed up by phone to ensure he received our information (yes, got it and he would text me in a few days to arrange delivery). Never heard from him again, and no wood was delivered. We tried to reach him by email a few years ago to purchase kiln dried product and that did not work either. Some of our neighbors have received deliveries so our town is within range."

"Finding good firewood is surprisingly difficult. You don't know what you're getting unless you check it out beforehand, and you have to trust what they tell you about how long it's been seasoned. You know when you try to burn it whether or not the company was telling the truth! I ordered from Brookline Firewood for the first time and they've turned me into a customer for life. I got a cord of the kiln dried wood, and man is that stuff awesome. If you're on the fence about it, just do it! It's so clean and dry, and burns perfectly. You can practically start a fire with a match and no kindling. Kristen at Brookline Firewood was fantastic! She communicated with me when I could only speak at off hours, and she was super friendly. I arranged drop off at my house when I wasn't home. I left some money out with a note. I had just seeded my lawn and asked them to avoid the grass if possible.
