"ELC firewood provided excellent customer service throughout my interaction with them. My initial email was quickly answered, scheduling delivery was easy and convenient and the communication throughout was great. Tim delivered the wood when promised and was careful to place it exactly where we wanted. He was polite and courteous. And the firewood is excellent. Dry, clean and a good size. Although the price is higher than we have paid with other companies the quality of the product and service makes it 💯 worth it. We will be using them again in the future."

"I did quite a bit of research for local firewood vendors near me and ELC immediately stood out with a great price and no delivery fees within a certain radius but their website was very clear on how to place an order along with figuring out easily if you fit into their various zones to determine shipping. Besides the easy to use and clear instructions they also took multiple forms of payment including online payments even providing paypal and google pay. I ordered my wood at 4p and it was here by 10a the next morning. The driver was intelligent and pleasant as he waited for me to find a spot to drop the wood off. I will definitely use ELC again when i need more wood."
