"Customer service is A++! I called and could have had wood delivered the next day but opted for delivery a few days later on the weekend! Quantity of wood delivered is A++! I was delivered a solid cord plus and it was very tightly stacked. Quality of wood delivered is A++ as it was well seasoned, and most 18" long and well split. Not tiny pieces but nice chunks of wood. Price is a C as it is pretty high per cord at $450 for a mixed cord. Delivery and stacking is an F as EACH is $120. Yes, $120 for delivery AND $120 for stacking. F+ A = C. I will say, I was asked beforehand if I was okay with the price point. Bad on me....I didn't realize it was $120 for delivery and an additional $120 for stacking!!! I thought it was $120 for delivery and stacking ($60 for each)!!"
"Me and my husband got so tired of getting small bags of wood for our fireplace and we were looking into places to get wood in bulk. We called Heacock Hardwood about 30 minutes before he was closing for the day letting us know we can come by. He had AMAZING customer service from explaining what cords are to us and loading wood into our car. The wood burns longer than what you can get from Walmart and it smells great.
