"Make sure you know exactly what you're paying for and receiving. I paid the premium for Doug Fir & Larch. Unfortunately, I do not know my woods well and a friend pointed out that approx 1/4 to 1/3 of the wood I received is White Pine as you can see in my photo which is only representing one stack. When brought to the owner's attention, he was very defensive. He noted that every once in a while a white wood gets mixed in. There was more than just one white wood tree mixed in & it was obvious. I did not pay for a mix including fast burning white wood & felt like since I was a single female that they were trying to pull a fast one on me. I am hoping I do not experience excessive buildup in my chimney & a fire like the owner has clearly expressed on his website. After discussing for awhile, he gave me a $100 refund on my 5.5 cords. Know what you paid for & what you're getting."
