Their term say to mark the area where your pellets should be delivered, and that the driver will not knock on the door or ring the doorbell for safety reasons – all good. We leave a big sign in the driveway where we want the pallets dropped and that's where they are delivered."
"My father and I are long time customers. Delivery drivers have always been very courteous and professional. Not this year. Driver drove through center of yard despite simple instruction to stay on perimeter to avoid septic tank (never a problem in the past). When reversing direction, my security cameras recorded him doing "burnouts" on my lawn, throwing dirt six feet behind the machine digging holes in the process. Either didn't see my cameras or just didn't care. He delivered to my father next, similar performance. My father tried to speak to him, said he seemed very angry and snapped at him to "get his hands off the machine". (father is 82 yrs old). I called, left a message, no reply a month later. No excuse and never again."
"The blocks were put in the wrong place. A text was sent earlier in the day saying they were on their way. There was not a text when they arrived, which would’ve been nice considering the blocks needed to be in a place so we could still park our cars. My husband called because we needed the pallet moved in order to use our garage and he was told they did their due diligence and we should’ve been waiting outside because apparently adults don’t work during the day. They did not send a text when they arrived. It seems they are unaware that their driver did not do what they were supposed to do, but siding with them. I understand wanting to support employees, but this employee made a mistake. They should not get in trouble. They should come back and move the pallet, which is too heavy for us to move. They did not ring the bell and they’re refusing to come back. We will never buy anything from this company again. This is an extremely immature way to do business. I am adding the picture of the only text I received that day from the company. This is not a text saying they are here to ask where to put the pallet. This is their mistake. Spending almost $500 for a poor experience."
"I had a terrible experience with this place after having 3 tons delivered 5 bags of pellets were busted open and infested with carpenter ants. When I contacted Kevin about the issue and explained that I couldn't make it out to where he was to have the bags replaced, I asked for a refund to my debit card. Instead of resolving the situation, he rudely hung up on me. The customer service was abysmal and as a result, I will not be returning to this place in the future."
"Salesperson, Kevin, was very nice and professional. He had to reschedule delivery a day later, which was no problem. This was our second order. No problem with the first delivery. The second delivery was terrible. The driver had a really bad attitude and was unreasonable. There was about a 3 ft square of snow that was not shoveled which he said his machine could not get through- which I doubt. The snow patch was not that deep. I apologized for this anyway and said I would shovel this very small area right away while he unloaded the pallets. This, so the pallets could be placed under the porch overhang. He said he could not wait. (Seriously, it took me less than 5 minutes to do this after he left. I would never have expected him to wait if we were talking 20 minutes of shoveling.) Additionally, the one pallet that he did place under the overhang was placed only about 3/4 way under even thought there was space enough to get it totally covered. Again, very poor attitude. The other two pallets were left in the driveway where I had to move all the bags manually. This could all have been avoided. It’s too bad, the product is good, office staff were very nice, but definitely will not be reordering from them again."
