"Ordered 8 yards of 50/50 Topsoil/Compost. Customer Rep was really polite and professional, driver was great, order was on time and exactly what was ordered and price was reasonable. Would definitely recommend them and use them again."
"I ordered dark brown mulch and it was delivered correctly, but within just two weeks, it faded drastically and looked more like natural mulch. I contacted the owner and requested a refund due to the poor quality. He refused and agreed to come to my property to inspect the mulch – that was over five weeks ago, and he never showed up. I made several attempts to follow up with him, but he ignored my calls and messages. It wasn’t until I said I would be contacting the Better Business Bureau that he finally responded – and even then, no action was taken to resolve the issue. This was not only a waste of money, but also a very frustrating experience.
