"I’m sorry to say I’m very disappointed. His fire Wood is good but service is terrible. We have treated Manny with much respect and even help. But to get ahold of him and even to schedule something is nearly impossible. Broken promises from him on times and days of delivery. We have tried to be loyal to him but it’s very hard with him not returning calls or broken promises on when he will deliver. A simple call to tell us that he can’t deliver goes a long way. Or a simple can we reschedule right away would be nice. We have been waiting on him over five times with out a call. I’m sorry to say we will not use him again nor would I promote his services to others. It is very disappointing that people now a days can’t keep there promise or have no ethical understanding of them waisting your time waiting on them."
