"We ordered a face cord of oak firewood to use this winter. At the time of ordering everything was fine. But upon delivery, we received mostly all damp and wet pieces. We cannot even burn them this winter. Online it says it will take anywhere from 6 months to 24 months to dry! I called back to explain the situation, and the person said she could not help me and that I needed to speak to the manager. She took my number and said the manager would call me back. Three days later, I still haven't received a callback. Terrible customer service. And now I have a pile of wood that I cannot use for a while. I will NOT be ordering from them again! And I warn others to be careful of this company."

"Updating from 2 to 1 stars. Even almost a year later of drying outside this wood will still not burn. It hisses and smokes like crazy and will not catch fire and burn properly. Going to have this mood removed from my backyard somehow. DO NOT BUY. Guy that delivered was amazing and helped me stack it where I wanted it but the wood is unburnable if that is even a word… we have a huge fire burning and these logs are literally putting the fire out. The logs weigh a ton and are hissing like crazy… do not buy unless you’re okay with seasoning yourself"
