    "On September 9, Qualitree in Nampa was working on the property next to ours and damaged our gate. Nearly three months later, the issue is still not resolved. We have documented everything and sent photos as well as saved audio from voicemails. When the incident happened, two different employees told us they would talk to the owner, but after a month of waiting we learned that neither of them ever did. Since then, I’ve spoken with the owner and the office secretary multiple times, only to be pushed off to an employee who finally came out to take measurements. That employee initially told us they had a replacement gate ready, then later told us they actually didn’t have a gate and had no idea when they would be able to fix ours. I’ve sent several emails and gotten very few responses, and one of the few replies said they were simply “busy.” Being busy is not an excuse for poor communication or for neglecting damage their company caused. It’s been almost three months, and our gate is still not repaired. This low level of follow-through and lack of accountability has been extremely disappointing. This is terrible business practices."

    "I was very pleased with the work the that was done. the crew did a great job! they even took some limbs and branches that I had cut from other trees in my yard, saving me a trip to the transfer station. I didn't get a chance to actually meet anyone, as I was at work. when i came home, the tree looked awesome, (the tree is a large older Ash, if I remember correctly) and had never been trimmed or pruned. It didn't look butchered, the Debris was gone and the gates where all closed. Thank you Jon, Judy, and the crew for fitting me in on short notice and getting it done!"

    "the first time I called them they came out and did the work and it was great, 2 years later I call and don't hear anything for 1 month then I call the owner directly and get told he will stop by and give an estimate within a week another month goes by I leave multiple messages at there office and reach out to the owner again and just get lied to! still haven't gotten my trees trimmed or heard back from them, would not recommend them at all!!!"

    "To preface this I’m not an actual customer, the people who live in the house behind us are the customers. The crew had some branches that fell into our yard, and came over and asked for access to our back yard saying they had seen evidence of dogs so they came to knock, this statement leads me to believe had they not seen evidence of dogs they may not have asked for entrance into our yard and just gotten the branches. While letting the gentleman into our back yard we did advise him that our dog likes to escape the yard so they’ll need to use the front gate rather than the side gate. The crew then left for what I am assuming was their lunch break leaving several slats missing out of our fence, knowing we have dogs, and knowing that they like to escape the yard. Had they came and told us it wouldn’t have been an issue, but to just leave without putting the slats back up after talking to us is thoroughly unprofessional. When they returned the slats were put back into our fence, but we were unable to let our dogs out for the period they were away, and had we not checked to be sure they were no longer in the yard our dogs would have gotten out. It seems to me it would have been simple for them to either put the slats up before taking their break, or coming to let us know they’d be gone for a little while with a hole in our fence. I’m pretty unimpressed with the way this was handled, and while I’m sure they do fine work, there’s probably more professional and respectful companies out there."
