"I received very poor customer service. This whole thing was handled very poorly. Instead of asking more questions to try to work it out, I was personally attacked when I asked for a resolution. This business claims to be Christian. It is very disappointing. I never refused to pay. I very simply asked if a man at the straw farm could call the crew and ask them if they would be at my house on time after I was told they may not be there because of the rain but they were working at other jobs. He acted like I was bothering him and said he would call them but he never did nor did he call me back to let me know anything. To make matters worse, the owner is badgering me. I've never refused to pay. I had to ask several times for an invoice. There is no way I'm giving them my credit card information. As for customers at the small business, take cash because they cannot be trusted. I've had to block more than one phone number because he keeps bothering me. He even came here to continue the conversation after being blocked."
