"Excellent customer service. Bought a new home and was told that the pellet stove would need parts ranging up to $1,000. Called Earth Sense and Frank came out to our home. He cleaned the stove. He was so knowledgeable that he got the stove working without any new parts. Now, my family can enjoy our new home with a working pellet stove. Thank you Frank."

"If you need service on an item, be sure to ask for the amount of the service travel fee. We live only 34 miles from the Earth Sense location in Dale, WI and were charged $345. Maybe I should have asked when I arranged for service, but I never expected that the fee would be so high. When I called to inquire whether the fee was correct, I not only was told that it was correct, but the rep also told me that the company "undercharged" me. Two-star review because the work was good."

"We had our Pellet stove serviced by tech Jimmy Perry and he did a phenomenal job! He was very thorough, took his time, thought things through and was persistent on getting it up and running and thoroughly cleaning it. He was always timely and prompt and left the area clean. I would definitely recommend him and would want him to service or set up our existing or future stove!"
