"Northern Woodsmen is our go to for firewood bags. We own a very busy wood yard inside a big Wisconsin State Park. I appreciate the prompt service, and due to our growing sales volume we were able to reduce our bag cost substantially by placing an annual LTL delivery order vs. a monthly UPS order. Also, since we produce our own bags of firewood, no sales tax for us in Wisconsin and Mike from Northern Woodsmen informed us of that rule on our last telephone call. We own 2 large firewood vending machines. Our machines require bags (bundles) of a consistent size and shape to prevent jams. We have never had an issue with the quality or dimensions of the bags we order from Northern Woodsmen. 4 years and almost 20,000 bags sold from our 2 vending machines. Thanks Northern Woodsmen!"
"To The Great Northern Woodsmen: Apparently this business doesn't respond, I know you can find my account!!! I called the company to let them know the bags were the wrong size, I ordered 1 cubic foot bags and a few were correct, about 7. They said its too late to return and the didn't even offer to replace the bags. Very poor customer service. I hope my review is aligned with your company policy. The bags were purchased on 09/09/2025, Today 11/17/2025. We needed the bags for future use and when we needed them they were inconsistent in size. The night shift must have sewn these. Quality control needs to be top priority along with customer service. Its all about the money. I paid for a quality product and received a product that is unusable. I hope these people can sleep at night knowing they just ripped off a repeat customer. Happy Bagging I wont be spending my money at your business any longer.
