"To The Great Northern Woodsmen: Apparently this business doesn't respond, I know you can find my account!!! I called the company to let them know the bags were the wrong size, I ordered 1 cubic foot bags and a few were correct, about 7. They said its too late to return and the didn't even offer to replace the bags. Very poor customer service. I hope my review is aligned with your company policy. The bags were purchased on 09/09/2025, Today 11/17/2025. We needed the bags for future use and when we needed them they were inconsistent in size. The night shift must have sewn these. Quality control needs to be top priority along with customer service. Its all about the money. I paid for a quality product and received a product that is unusable. I hope these people can sleep at night knowing they just ripped off a repeat customer. Happy Bagging I wont be spending my money at your business any longer. Thanks Mike I let them know i posted this review and if they would make it right i would remove it or change it. MIKE said Thanks for the THREAT What a great business. He must work the night shift. lol I have a extra tape measure i can send you for free!! I would not do business with this vendor. This is how big business takes advantage of the little guy.
