"We worked with Nate today to address of number of issues on wood stoves in our new house. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It’s hard to find customer service like that these days. Will be our go-to from now on."
"Made an appointment at the beginning of August for a propane fireplace insert cleaning and service. The appointment was for 9/27 (today) between 2-4. Drove up from NYC early to make sure I was here in plenty of time. 2:00 passed, so did 4:00. Got someone on the phone who told me their computer system crashed mid August and had no records. Hey, you run a business with no daily backup? I suggested they could come tomorrow, to which Bob (or Bill) said they were all booked and only had 10/23. I asked if they were making and accommodation for those of us who were affected by the crash. He repeated he had 10/23 and he only has one service person. If I could give "no stars" I would. Terrible customer service."

"Large in store supply of stoves, accessories, outdoor fire places ect. Special ordered a door for my Lopi stove.... Upfront, honest and realistic staff. Great place for any woodstove needs...still had a ton of troubles getting what I needed. With that said they were upfront the whole time"
