"We bought a commercial building and are learning the ropes. Our heat wouldn't start on one of the 3 floors. Peter arrived and spent 45 minutes troubleshooting, learning and explaining the system to me. We definitely made him work going up and down the floors, inside and outside. He was so knowledgeable, humble, funny and patient. I learned so much and we got the heat going. It truly was one of the best service calls I have ever had. I had to call Dead River to compliment Peter and now do this review. Thanks so much!"
"Disclosure: My husband is a delivery driver for you folks and was working during this interaction. At our new home construction we are at the phase where installing the heating fuel was next. Keith F. from the Brattleboro office showed up promptly to the scheduled appointment. I asked probably too many questions, but Keith kindly answered every one of them for me without speaking down to me or dismissing me. I was so impressed with his thorough knowledge of needed tank placements away from other units and all the safety codes. I never felt he was steering me in the wrong direction with any product or placement choices. As a woman, I want you to know I felt safe having him at the house. In the future, I will only request Keith to set up the tanks and lines and subsequently service our furnace when needed. This man is a treasure to your company and I highly suggest you keep him happy as an employee, because I will follow him if he ever leaves because that's how well he treated me."
"We just changed our propane supplier to Dead River Company. Scheduling the changeover was flawless. The actual installation was very smooth. Jeff and Keith were very professional and thorough. In addition to the installation they checked for leaks in our current system and found one. They fixed the leak and repaired a pipe that had a kink in it. We couldn’t be happier with both, Jeff and Keith and look forward to a long relationship with Dead River."
"I just put a review that I was not happy with this company at all and I deleted it but I'm upset that I never received a phone call that my appointment was canceled which never should have happened that I didn't receive a call. But the company did make it somewhat right by me even though I got to wait another month now."
