"These guys are great! Mike came to look at the job (tree removal) within a day or two of being called and we had the job price that afternoon. They did everything we asked for, left the logs for firewood and shredded everything else and the cleanup job was amazing. No mess for us to cleanup at all. This is the third job they've done for us so we are obviously very happy customers!"
"Based on advertising that sounded like a caring tree/landscape company, I had them come out for estimate. I wanted some tree pruning and several 2- 3ft trees planted I had bought. To my shock, he basically said why don’t you do it yourself, will “take like 10 min to dig a hole”. I didn’t feel like explaining to him what my health issues were. I told him that ground here is tough. But it didn’t stop there, the whole time he was here, he seemed annoyed. He told me I should do more yard work/ cut my grass. Turns out the estimate for digging an easy “10 min” hole was ridiculously, and deliberately expensive, 200$ each.The whole experience was weird and felt aggro. I was really baffled. He seemed more interested in just doing the tree chopping. In the end, this was not the caring tree company I hoped for. High prices too. I passed. I ended up getting a friend to help me plant the trees."
"Amazing service. Called the day after a big storm and they responded the following day and came out to do a survey. The estimates were in my inbox the same day. My job was not an emergency yet they were there the following day (lucky schedule they said - works for me!). Very easy to deal with. Even provided tree maintenance guidance for my groves to keep them healthy. Be patient if it’s the day after a storm and you don’t have an emergency, they will get back to you. I will definitely use them again should the need arise. Thank you!"
