"We had a couple of tree trimming services coming over to make an estimate, and although Tony wasn't the cheapest, we decided to go with him and his team. (Still got a fair price!) He made us feel immediately at ease with his clear experience. There were several things that needed to be done, some trimming of trees and the removal of 2 holy trees that were dangerously close to our house. Although Tony mainly works as a tree trimmer and tree remover, it's obvious he loves trees and is very knowledgeable. He has plenty of tips to take care of your tree, and even does new tree planting! When removing our holy trees, he also made sure to grind the stomp, so we can plant something new in their place. His team was able to come in short notice and get the job quickly done. It was amazing to see them climb so fluently in a tree or to maneuver with their big equipment swiftly on challenging grounds (our yard has some steep parts, and we live at the end of a small pipe stem). They left my property clean and tidy. The tree trimmings were immediately chopped on location. So I also got some mulch and firewood, which they nicely cut up and stacked for me. Contract signing and payment were conveniently fulfilled through their online platform. Communication was also quick and easy, both via email, phone and text. As an added bonus, you get the lovely New Zealand accent! Highly recommend!"
