He took the time to explain the different types of wood and was genuinely friendly the entire time. This year, his wife has been our main point of contact, and she has been absolutely lovely to work with. Their communication and response times are fantastic, their prices are the best in town, and they’re refreshingly honest. They clearly explained what wood was fully seasoned versus a little green so we could choose exactly what we wanted.
