"This was a terrible experience. We called and left a message to try to purchase firewood. The hours on the website say they are open on Sundays. So my husband drove there since no one would answer the phone during business hours. We knocked on the door someone was home but didn’t answer so we went to wait at the car til someone was able to come out. A man came running out toward us yelling and screaming and accusing us of trying to steal his wood. He said it was his day off. The hours should be changed on the website if you are closed Sunday. We were honestly afraid he was going to pull a gun out. He was so irate. My husband gave him $80 cash and we left with firewood. We will NEVER go back. Fair warning…go at your own risk."
"This was one of the worst experiences that I have had recently. We had schedule originally for 9. However we waited from 9-5 for the wood to come. I called 5 times during the day checking on the delivery time and each time Mr. Miller pushed the time later and later in the day. AT one point his daughter sent a text to my daughter outlining the delivery details. She and my daughter texted each other several times. When I called at 3 to ask when the wood would be here, Mr. Miller said he didn't think I wanted the wood. He also told me that my daughter didn't respond to the text from his daughter. I told him to go ahead and bring the wood. At 5 pm he called wanting to know if I still wanted the wood and at this point I said no. My entire day was a bust waiting for the wood to be delivered. Not only does he not follow thru with what he tells you, he is also not truthful. If this is the way he conducts his business, it is a wonder he has any clients."
