"Best experience I've had with buying firewood. I purchased a half cord of 100% ash. Bruce was helpful over the phone then kept in touch via text and helped me with any questions I had. He delivered at a time convenient for the both of us and backed right up to where I was storing it (backed up all the way at the back of my house). He told me how much would fill my rack and that helped me decide I needed another section of rack. They were very personable and had conversation for the whole delivery as though I was already a friend of theirs. The wood is excellent quality and the service they offer is second to none. I'll be contacting Shanks every time I need wood from now on."

I found Shank’s Firewood last year and it was great quality wood and amazing service. I went back again this year and no surprise it is still the BEST. Bruce was super responsive and they just dropped off a half cord which was of excellent quality. I do not often write reviews, but when you find a small local business with an owner who is passionate about customer service and quality, its is easy to spread the word.
