"Fantastic! John was super communicative, friendly, and FAST! They delivered a load of firewood next day, and the wood is completely clean (NO pile of dirt and scraps left in the driveway), dry (we used it immediately and it burns great!), perfectly sized, and a great variety of wood. Perfect!! Thanks John! We'll be back!"
"Called them before I was ready to buy wood, John answered all of my questions and gave me even more information about purchasing wood (new to burning wood). Called them back a week later on a Friday around 10 A.M. by 4 P.M. I had a full cord of wood being delivered to my house. Chase was the worker who delivered and helped move the wood onto my front lawn (slight hill out front so he couldn't fully dump it on it). I will be using them for my wood needs in the future! Oh and the wood was super clean and well seasoned!"

"I was having a house warming party Saturday 12/3 and gave John a call a week in advance to see if he had availability. He said "no problem", "I can get it to you Friday night or worst case scenario before noon on Saturday". Friday rolls around, nothing. Ok fine he said that was a possibility, but Saturday comes and I'm forced to call John around noon (because I havent heard from him) saying "hey I guess your running late give me call when you get a chance", nothing. 2pm rolls around so I call him again and it rings twice then sends me to voicemail which means he denied the call. I told him in a voicemail if he couldnt have make it thats fine but he should have called me and at least let me know so I could have made other arrangements. Its Monday 12/5 and still no call or text. Very unprofessional. To me the is like when a 16 year old kind wants to quit his job so just stops coming, as adults this is not how you handle business dealings. Knowing my circumstances and just totally ignoring after making a commitment is all you need to know about this "company". Do yourself a favor and use another service."
