"I’m writing this review as someone that’s witnessed what kind of business this actually is. I watched as my neighbor got a delivery of dirt to their home. The dirt was haphazardly dumped on the side of the property and it spilled into the other neighbor’s driveway. I went over. The guy my neighbor had there to help her use the dirt was on the phone with Mr. Mulch. He was extremely polite on the call, and explained the situation, but the girl on the other end chewed him out with every word. Extremely nasty. Told him that he’s “harassing” and that they’ll never do business with him again, just because he wanted to address a business matter with them. As someone that used to own a business, I couldn’t believe my ears. I never would have treated a customer like that. If you ever use this company, pray nothing goes wrong; they’ll ring you out if you dare to say a word. EDIT 8/28/25: This is in reply to Mr. Mulch’s answer to my review. I just want to state *again* that I watched this delivery happen. Wrongly accusing me of spreading false information is just a cover up to your bad business practices. Giving a client a phone number and then expecting them to not call it, it doesn’t make any sense. Very fishy behavior. And *again* I was present to hear what went on during the phone call; he only called you once. You were initially upbeat until he addressed his concern then you got nasty, very nasty, and only then said that he was “harassing”."
"They had free fill dirt listed on market place. Messaged them and have picked up 2 loads so far and they even loaded it in my dump trailer. ALL FREE! And with a smile and nice as could be. that's what I consider giving back to the community. I will be doing my future business here for now on. Thank you"
