"Very pleased! Stopped by for a 1/2 cord and couldn’t be happier. Friendly staff, gave me a couple options to choose from, then I loaded up my truck and was on my way. Knowingly bought unseasoned which I will season over the next year, but all the pieces were well-sized (about 16”), larger pieces should split easy, and no gnarly or knotty pieces in the selection. Will definitely return!"
"Something has changed at this company. Previous interactions were very positive but with different staff and at lower prices. My last experience was so bad over so many events and with multiple people that I will never go back. Only reason I didn’t do one star is that people overuse it. I travel for work and so need to know before firewood is delivered so my wife isn’t blocked in the garage. They told me they would call ahead and it would be about two weeks. I waited three. They told me before four weeks from my order for sure. I waited. I called back around four weeks and they actually said they had “one more day” and would talk to the owner. Again, I waited. Five weeks from when I ordered I was told it would definitely be delivered by the end of the weekend. It was not. I then called yet again and just asked for a refund. It never went through. I had to call my credit card to dispute the charge and finally got my refund. Do NOT order from here."
