"Exit 15N Firewood is about more than just great wood, exceptional service and broad selection. I’ve been to their location only twice both times for a small camp fire supply of wood. On my first visit I was a bit nervous as I was unprepared for their selection and organization. The gentleman who assisted me was very kind and insightful on what type and quantity of wood would best help me adjust to regular wood instead of the workshop scraps I was used to. I left more confident and certain I’d return for more. Today I returned with my family for another modest supply and was greeted by the owner. To say he was exceptionally kind is an egregious understatement. As he expressed, he was far more interested in making sure my family and I had a good experience this weekend than just making a sale of his products. We left loaded for an amazing weekend with EVERYTHING we would need for our campfires at a price far less than I was intending to pay. Needless to say not only is our trip going great but I am now a loyal customer. In my book, any business or person who treats a small family making a modest purchase as my family was treated today deserves my repeated business and the business of everyone else."

"Called Lou on Wednesday and he was very friendly. He directed me to order online, where they had a large number of options. It's not just one type of wood, there are many options to choose from. I was able to get 13 inch splits which are better suited to my smaller stove than the standard 16 inch size. The wood arrived on Friday in perfect condition, dry and evenly split, ready to burn. The driver Jared was very friendly, called me an hour before arriving to check in, helped me stack the wood, and we had a great time talking while we stacked the wood together. They delivered all the way from Saratoga to Albany. This is easily the best experience I've had ordering firewood. Thank you to the team."
