"I called to order two cords of fire wood over the phone. Never once did they describe to me that their “cord” is not a full cord. I spent 600 and they delivered barely a cord. I called to handle it and have them do the right thing but they blocked my number. I called on another phone and it was quickly picked up. The “wood guy” was less than helpful in resolving the matter. I live 5 miles down the road from this place and it’s sad that this is how they handle local customers. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere."

I was reading some of the reviews, if you’re vocal about where you want the wood placed and how you want it stacked they are very accommodating. We’ve never once had an issue and big fan of the cherry maple, highly recommend! I placed an order two hours ago. It was stacked at my house within a two hour timeframe 🪵"

A number of reviews complain that they got less wood than they expected - I found the company to be very forthright about how much wood they would deliver, and they did exactly what they said they would.
