"I called to order two cords of fire wood over the phone. Never once did they describe to me that their “cord” is not a full cord. I spent 600 and they delivered barely a cord. I called to handle it and have them do the right thing but they blocked my number. I called on another phone and it was quickly picked up. The “wood guy” was less than helpful in resolving the matter. I live 5 miles down the road from this place and it’s sad that this is how they handle local customers. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere."
"The whole reason we drove 25 minutes here was to get the $25 season hardwood special that’s advertised on their website. We got there and were told that no such deal existed, the website was wrong, and that we could get pine for that price but it’s wasn’t safe to burn inside. So we ended up getting a small bundle of mixed firewood for $35. It did not in fact fill the trunk of our car, it was maybe 1/4 the size of our trunk. If you’re going here for that deal, just know they don’t honor it. I’ve attached the AD that is still on their website."

I was reading some of the reviews, if you’re vocal about where you want the wood placed and how you want it stacked they are very accommodating. We’ve never once had an issue and big fan of the cherry maple, highly recommend! I placed an order two hours ago. It was stacked at my house within a two hour timeframe 🪵"
"Not the cheapest, but friendly, quick delivery of well-seaeoned firewood that is burning merrily in our wood stove as I type. A number of reviews complain that they got less wood than they expected - I found the company to be very forthright about how much wood they would deliver, and they did exactly what they said they would. Again, it's not the cheapest. But you get what you pay for. Will definitely order from them again."
