"Nothing like hearing the sizzle of wet wood. Probably gonna put this wood in the stack pile and hope it burns better NEXT winter. Oh, well it’s a learning curve moving up here. Not using them again."
"I purchased a bin of "seasoned" firewood. Nope. Wood sizzles and smokes like crazy. Moisture meter confirmed high moisture content on the logs. Should have checked before I purchased. Wood is now on a rack outside so I can dry it out for next winter. Look elsewhere for quality firewood."
