"This company is APPALLING!!! I was driving on Route 287, one of their trucks was in the left lane ahead of me. A stone shout out from one one of their large trucks, and hit me directly in the windshield, shattering it! I sped up and got next to the vehicle, which was doing about 85 miles per hour! I called the company and gave them the vehicle number. I was put on hold for approximately 10 minutes, after having described what transpired. When the receptionist got back on the phone, she said she spoke with the "logistics manager", he informed her, to inform me, to contact my insurance company! They didn't ask for my name. They didn't apologize, no one else spoke to me! It was truly appalling! This is not a socially responsible company. I just want to make all their potential customers aware of what caliber company they are, and if you ever have a problem with them, it will probably be handled in the same manner. My unsolicited advice: keep looking for a reputable company."
"Reliable Wood is a great company. They are, well... reliable. I am the owner of The Cutting Edge Landscaping in Sparta and have been using them for years for our disposal needs which we are unable to bring other places. They recycle most if not all the material we bring in from demolition projects, so we know we are operating GREEN."
"They don't regulate the trucks hauling for them and a red tractor trailer DGM TRUCKING without mufflers comes down rt15 several times a day with engine brake on which sounds like bombing in a war zone."
