"Do not use this service. They gave us a quote for the removal of 3 trees in our backyard and we accepted. They were paid in full, minus the $500 we would pay when they do the stump removal. This was on May 12th. It is now June 28th. They do not answer phone calls. We will be in contact with a lawyer soon."
