"Where to start besides I highly recommend not wasting you time. I placed an order on 9/17/20 and was told I would get it by the second week of October. That came and went, called the following Monday to check on the status and they had no idea what I was talking about. They finally find my paper work and say oh we marked it done sorry we will get it out ASAP. Another week goes by, no call or firewood delivery. I call again, and again get the same response of “I don’t know what your talking about”. Then a few invites later they find the paper work again and say we put the wrong name down with your address we will get it out to you Monday. It’s now 11/03/2020 the Tuesday after and I still have no fire wood."
"I bought firewood from them a couple years ago. It was the perfect size, perfectly seasoned, and delivery was on time. This is a small business. And, like many small businesses, it’s run out of a home. I’m calling today to order more!"
"Ordered and paid for 2 cords of seasoned oak. I received 2 cords (maybe) of soggy unseasoned oak - may burn next year but not with gasoline this year. Now I have to go find a decent honest business to get a cord of wood late in the year."
"I called 2 weeks ago. I was told he could squeeze me in. No call no show that whole week without si much as a phone call. I called and text...finally got a call from his wife telling me tomorrow, that came and went, again no call, text ect... Very poor service. If I could give no stars I would. At least have the decency to call and say your overwhelmed and you can't service me. Very poor business practices. Stay away."
