"We ordered a half cord of seasoned wood but what we got was far from seasoned wood. It took so long to even get the wood to burn and the smoke that came from this wood was so bad that we couldn’t even sit near the fire pit. When I called the company and explained that we didn’t get the seasoned wood we ordered, they disagreed profusely and would not budge on trying to help us out with a solution to the problem. I WOULDN’t deal with this company ever and I advise you shouldn’t either. They were very uncooperative!"

"Buyer be ware. You will not a get what you pay for. I have ordered firewood from them on two occasions. The first time two years ago, I ordered one cord. When I stacked it on my 3 standard 8' x 4' racks it was significantly short. I called them and they quickly remedied the issue by delivering more wood. I thought it was an honest mistake on their part. I ordered two cords a couple of weeks ago. After stacking the wood I was short almost a full face cord (8'x4'). I called them to explain that the order was short and I was told that they delivered two full cords. I sent them pictures of the shortage and they were very rude and they stopped returning my calls without rectifying the shortage. When I finally got a hold of the owner, I asked him how he measured a cord of firewood. He explained that he filled the bucket of a frontend loader from a huge pile of wood and 4 of them equalled a cord. Obviously not since the wood was not neatly stacked into rows of of 8'x4' before loading. A cord of wood by the way is 4'x8'x4'. If you look at the rack on the right, it should be filled to the top. It's not. But according to Mr. Mazza he delivered two cords."
