"We love these logs, my elderly mother has been using them for years! Easy for her to lift and make fires all winter long! My biggest concern is ordering for this winter? Are they still in business? I’ve not received responses to email, phone (voicemail is full) or texts in the last few weeks."
"I've been using these for heating for about 2 years now. We had below zero weather for a few days, and these kept my house so toasty my (kerosene 🥴) heat didnt kick on once. When my local supplier ran out this year I googled and was shocked to find these are made right in Loudon. I called and spoke with Mark, who was so friendly and helpful! You can buy directly from them and get an entire pallet for the same price as a cord of wood. If I had to use cord wood, I'd be heating my house with the kerosene, but because of ez firelogs, my woodstove gets a fantastic workout! I don't want to deal with the bugs and all the junk that gets dragged in with cord wood! Thanks Mark, see you this week to purchase my pallet!!!"
"Pros: 1. the length that comes in the sample box fits (almost exactly) in my coal/wood stove 2. once finally lit, they burn hot enough to generate the heat necessary for said stove to put out radiant heat as it's meant to Cons: 1. the ordering process is weird. It forces you to use PayPal, and then you only get a PayPal receipt, no order confirmation as would be normal and expected. Tracking number was emailed AFTER the logs arrived. 2. it's confusing how to light them the first time and there are no instructions included. (Note: the ends light more easily than the middle - which is tough to do given that they practically touch the side of the burn area inside my stove) I was thinking to use these in the coal/wood stove as a supplement to keep the use of natural gas lower, but I have no place inside to store a pallet's worth and given the cons, I'm not sure I'd want to. If you're willing to put up with that, they do burn nice and hot once you figure out how to light them."
