"Rick got the firewood here the next day after I called him! He was fast to deliver and got the wood racked nice and quick. Update: a year later, service hasn't been reliable. I scheduled delivery multiple times but ultimately never got the wood delivered. Times in the COVID era have been challenging for a lot of businesses, and Terillion's doesn't seem to be an exception. Hopefully reliability improves for them!"

"If I could leave a review less than 1 I would. Just began to use some of the firewood and it hasn't been aged enough. It hardly burns smokes terribly snaps and pops constantly. It is stored in the garage on a frame where it has been for several months. I also got him to deliver and spread mulch. The mulch contained 4 varieties of juvenile snakes including 1 cottonmouth (which we don't have naturally in the St Louis area) all of which I found in our pool! We do have a big pond behind the house (man made) and in 10 years have NEVER had a snake. In fact, I spoke with the man from the pond management company (on site) and he said this pond has NO snakes. Since I killed all 4 of the snakes there has been no issues. The only variable was the mulch. I will never use him again and suggest that if you want a fire that burns and no juvenile snakes, buy your wood from another dealer"
