"My first purchase of firewood was perfect. However, this year has proven to be a disaster! Lots of tree bark, & dried out old rotted trees. Less than half is good seasoned hardwood. $170.00 for this inferior wood is a rip-off. Erich texted back that his other customers haven't complained & that he was sorry I was disappointed. He made no effort to discuss my issue & make it right. Very poor customer service with terrible firewood. ☹️"
