"I’ve purchased hardwood through Pinnacle on two occasions. Both times, I’ve been pleased with the results. Jason was easy to work with and took the time to help research and discuss options. As I was purchasing for a brick oven, we landed on a mixture of Maple, Oak and with suggestion for some Elm and Hickory. Wood has been super dry and was split small enough for the oven. Delivery was easy to arrange and I elected to stack myself - you can pay extra for them to stack. When I need to reload on wood, Pinnacle will be my first call."
"Jason at Pinnacle Firewood was amazing to work with. He emailed back and forth with me to determine the size of my new wood rack and the model of our new Solo Stove so he could deliver exactly the right amount of the right sized wood. I was surprised to learn the wood rack does not hold as much as advertised, but Jason noticed that right away and prevented me ordering too much. (The 1/6 cord fit well, with a little on the side.) He also helped me by recommending to order the smaller pieces that will fit in our new campfire stove. That's a lot of personal service for one sale! The wood is dry, easy to stack, and a few pieces of the paper birch are so beautiful they could be on the cover of a magazine! Pinnacle delivered for free very quickly, and even unloaded directly into our wheelbarrow (we opted to stack ourselves). Great communication (both email and texting, and offered to phone). Highly recommend Pinnacle Firewood!"
