"Quoted the felling of 13 trees with the removal of 12. Also, ground all stumps and trimmed up my maples. I got the quote in the morning and the job was done same day. Thanks to Mike and his crew for a job well done!"

"I will never use this company again, I live in Blaine and Rivard companies were removing trees for the city and the owner gave me a estimate and to cut down trees and grind stumps, his estimate was lower than most companies because he was already working in the area. So we went with them, they cut down trees but didn't grind the stumps, the next daty the office manager call asking for payment, this was my fault, but I paid them because they said their stumps grinder was broken, and they would finish the job by the next week. A month later they still hadn't finished the job, I called and the office manager, she said she didn't see a work order for our home, she would contact the owner and he contact me. A week later no called, I called Mike and he said his stumps grinder was still broken, which wasn't true because I had seen his workers in the neighborhood. He said he would be out the following week it took two weeks. His crew came out grinded the stumps and filled in the holes. He didn't grind all the stumps he said he couldn't grind the stumps a long the fence without taking down the fence, he didn't inform me of this when he gave me the bid and when took my payment. The left ruts in my front and back yard, broke pavers on the side of our house. I'm very disappointed in the job Rivard companies did and their communication, I would not recommend to my family or friends. Rolland"
